Hi Dick,

Please accept my thanks for your kindness, patience and professionalism in dealing with my recent home sale.  I can't recommend you highly enough to anyone in the market for a home....though I've tried! 

I appreciate your dealing with the sensitive, personal details necessitating this sale logically and efficiently.  Nothing seemed to faze you and there was plenty of drama to go around.
This has to have been one of your more labor intensive sales.  The volatile market and the challenging credit environment that caused the house to fall out of escrow not once, but three times, would have discouraged the average, less experienced Realtor.  
However, you repeatedly jumped back into the market and encouraged me to remain optimistic and with your patient guidance,
we got it done!

Thank you so much for acting like this was just another day at work for you.  I know it wasn't and I appreciate it!
Also, please thank your charming wife, Vivian, for helping when you were out of town!  You two are a great team!

PS: Oh, and I love the condo you found for me and my daughter!  It's working out wonderfully.
